Registration and rehearsal will take place in the Green Room at the Circle Center Mall.  We recommend people park in the garage at the Circle Center Mall.

After parking, take the elevator to the M2 level and proceed to the Artsgarden space. The Green Room is located in the basement level of the building that houses the Embassy Suites, Claypool Courts, and Panera Bread. This is directly northwest of the Artsgarden.

From the Artsgarden, proceed to the passageway as indicated.

After exiting the Artsgarden, follow the escalator down to the ground level entry to Panera Bread.

From the ground floor, take the other escalator down to the basement level.

Bear left and you will see a sign pointing to the Green Room.  A few steps further and you will arrive at the Green Room.

On the day of Saxy Santas 2019, the Santa Hustle race will be active downtown.  There are two races (a 5K and half-marathon) that could complicate your arrival.  Please review the course maps:

From the maps, it looks like everything is northwest.  N. Illinois St. might be closed, but N. Pennsylvania St. and E. Washington St are both open.  So, please plan to approach the ArtsGarden from the East or South, not West or North.

Both races should be over before our registration time (12:30 PM) but some congestion might remain.

If you are delayed, don't worry.   It will all work out.

Parking can be an issue at these events. However this year, none of our events conflict with Colts home games, so we do not anticipate any parking difficulties. Here are several options:

  • Street parking is generally free on Sunday if you can find a space.
  • The Circle Center Mall garage is most convenient. Normal rates should be in effect, $8.00 for 4- 5 hours.
  • You can park at the Claypool (northwest corner of Washington and Illinois) at their normal rates which will be about $15 for the day. This is the garage that serves the Embassy Suites.
